WHAT IS WELCOME ROUNDS?
Welcome Rounds is a promotion run by Asahi at participating Liquorland stores across Australia (excluding the Northern Territory). Spend $35 or more on a participating brand, get a game card, and you could win instant prizes or go in the draw to win a $10,000 JB Hi-Fi voucher.
WHO CAN ENTER THE PROMOTION?
Entry is only open to Australian (excluding NT) residents who are 18 years of age or over.

HOW DO I ENTER?
There are three steps:
1. Spend at least $35 on a participating brand in a single transaction at a participating Liquorland store. You'll receive a game card with a QR code and a unique code (while stocks last).
2. Scratch the game card to see if you've won an instant prize.
3. To enter the main draw , scan the QR code, visit the promotional website at welcomerounds.com.au, and submit the online entry form with your personal details and the unique code from your game card.

The unique code will be found at the bottom of the scratch card.

There are three types of prizes:
Instant Win Prizes — scratch your game card to find out instantly. Prizes range from snacks and soft drinks to packs of participating alcoholic beverages. The odds of winning an instant prize are 1 in 5.
Draw Prize — one winner receives a $10,000 JB Hi-Fi voucher, drawn on 18 September 2026.
Share Around Prizes after submitting your entry online, you'll receive a unique game link you can share with a friend. If your friend plays and wins, they can redeem a prize voucher at any participating LiquorLand store.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I ENTER?
maximum of one (1) game card per qualifying transaction;
limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day;
and each entry must be completed separately following the entry instructions.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I’VE WON AN INSTANT PRIZE AND HOW DO I REDEEM THE PRIZE?
If your game card reveals a win, bring the winning card to a participating Liquorland store. Hand the relevant portion of the card to staff — they'll scan the barcode to verify it, then hand over your prize. Hold on to the rest of the card, as you'll still need it to enter the draw online for the main prize.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I’VE WON THE MAIN PRIZE?
The draw takes place at 12:00 pm AEST on 18 September 2026 at 11 Wilson St, South Yarra, Victoria 3141, using computerised random selection. The first valid entry drawn wins the $10,000 JB Hi-Fi voucher. The draw is open to public scrutiny — anyone can request to witness it.
The Draw Prize winner will be contacted via email and their details published (surname, initial, and postcode only) at welcomerounds.com.au by 26 September 2026.

HOW DOES THE 'SHARE AROUND' MECHANIC WORK?
After submitting your entry online, a unique game link will appear on the landing page. Copy and paste this link into a messaging app (such as WhatsApp or Messenger) or email and send it to a friend.
The link can only be used once. The first person to open it gets to play. If they win, they'll receive a prize voucher redeemable at any participating Liquorland store.

CAN PRIZES BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH?
No. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other prize unless the Promoter confirms otherwise in writing. Instant and Share Around prizes are awarded as prize vouchers, and any unused balance will not be refunded as cash.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRIZE GOES UNCLAIMED?
The Draw Prize must be claimed by 12:00 pm AEST on 16 October 2026. If unclaimed, a redraw will take place on 19 October 2026 at the same location. The unclaimed prize winner will be contacted via email and published at welcomerounds.com.au by 26 October 2026.
HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION USED?
Your personal information is collected by CUB Pty Ltd to manage the promotion and may be used for future marketing communications regarding Asahi products.
